Verify that the IP address or DNS name exists and that the port is correct.
In the Sources of the cloud panel, the index doesn't even show that it is rebuilding. The value of the setting will be changed to "15000".
Get User Digest Credentials(User user, Boolean without Domain) at Sitecore.
Update Digest Credentials(String username, String password) at Sitecore.
If it is empty, either the device import failed or the user manually removed the certificate from the keystore. If the keystore shows that it has a certificate, then the device import probably failed.
Consult the documentation and re-import the device and also try deleting and re-creating the NIDP configuration.
