I am currently a Counseling Intern at Lifeline Professional Counseling in Glendale, AZ, finishing my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at NAU North Valley. I have 3 years of experience working with children with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and or developmental delays, and I am certified in Psychological First Aid.
Post-graduation, I hope to be a creative child/adolescent counselor with art and play therapy certifications!
I have worked and continue to work with adolescents in a variety of capacities as well including as a reading interventionist, a substitute teacher, a nanny and now as a club, high school and college soccer coach.
I will be graduating with my Master of Arts in Counseling from Huntington University this spring.
My scope of practice is guided by the belief "individuals in need, desire to feel better now, not sometime in the distant future." To meet this aim, I welcome you to benefit from a therapeutic partnership grounded within encouragement, strength based interaction, and solution focus.
